Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using MalondaPlus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and their staff members.

2. Service Description

MalondaPlus is a cloud-based ERP system for Malawian small and medium enterprises. We provide POS, inventory management, accounting, payroll, tax compliance, and AI business intelligence features through subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each business account may have multiple user accounts with different access levels.

4. Subscription & Payments

MalondaPlus operates on a subscription model with monthly billing. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed via PayChangu. All prices are in Malawian Kwacha (MWK).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MalondaPlus for illegal activities, to harm other users, or to circumvent security measures. You are responsible for ensuring your business data entry is accurate and complies with applicable Malawian laws including MRA tax regulations.

6. Tax Compliance

MalondaPlus provides tools to help manage VAT and PAYE taxes, but these are tools only. You remain responsible for ensuring your tax filings and payments comply with Malawi Revenue Authority requirements. Consult a qualified accountant for tax advice.

7. Data Ownership

You own your business data. MalondaPlus does not claim ownership of data you enter into the system. You have the right to export your data at any time. We store and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

MalondaPlus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Blantyre, Malawi.
